DentSpa Polices Scheduling an Appointment We recommend making weekend and multiple service appointments two to four weeks in advance to assure desired times. We require a major credit card at the time your reservation is made in order to guarantee your appointment. Check-in Your time with us is precious, and treatments begin promptly when scheduled. Please take full advantage of your visit by coming in 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment so you can change, enjoy our facility and relax in our beautiful lounge area. Although we will do our best to accommodate you, arriving late for your scheduled service(s) may deprive you of valuable treatment time, or require that you reschedule your service(s). To Cancel Your Appointment A minimum of 24 hours is required to avoid a charge when cancelling any appointment. A minimum of 48 hours is required to avoid a charge when cancelling multiple services. There will be a $50 charge for no shows. Appointments booked within 24 hours are 100% the responsibility of the client. We respectfully request that you turn off your cell phones and pagers. The Medi-spa is an environment of relaxation and tranquility for all our guests. Please Do Not Bring Food to The Medi-Spa. You are welcome to help yourself to our dried fruits and nuts, bottled water or tea. We love kids, but the Medi-Spa is a place where our adult guests come to rest and recharge their batteries. So please make babysitting arrangements in advance and come enjoy the Medi-Spa without your little ones. Children, not receiving dental or spa services are not permitted in treatment areas, or left unattended in the lobby. Children between the ages of 14-18 are to be accompanied by an adult in the spa at all times during any treatment. Prices We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or raise prices on certain treatments without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met. If you have any questions, please ask when booking your appointment. Treatment Series All Treatment Series are non-refundable after 10 days of purchase. Gift Certificates and Gift Cards Must be presented at the time of service. If lost or stolen, we do have a record of the gift card numbers, so do not hesitate to contact us and let us know. They may not be redeemed for cash or used toward gratuities. Payment Options We accept Cash, Personal Checks*, American Express, Visa, Discover, MasterCard, DentSpa Gift Cards and Spa Wish Gift Certificates. *Returned checks are subject to a $25 service charge Product Returns All products purchased at DentSpa must be returned within 30 days for a full refund, providing three is proof of purchase, products are in their original packaging and no more than 20% used. Personal Property DentSpa cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Please leave valuables at home. Speak-up Although we always try to be sensitive to our guests' specific needs, we rely on you to communicate your specific expectations openly, both before and during the treatment, if necessary. Whether it be more extensive extractions, lighter or more intensive massage pressure, square or round nail shaping, etc.....
